M2MExplore for partners

Get listed where
gay men with money
and PTO are looking.

Direct-booked travel agency, adults only, all-male. Editors approve every listing by hand. If you make it through, your property shows up next to a paragraph someone actually wrote about you, in front of people already pulling out a card.

Who is on the other side of the listing

Not everyone. That is the point.

18+

Age-gated. Card-on-file users only. No 'do you know any cute spots' tire-kickers.

6 nights

Median trip length on the platform. Median group size is four.

Pride / circuit / clothing-optional

What they search for. We do not sell beach honeymoons to straight couples.

Direct booked

Cards charged through us, no Booking.com last-minute rate shoppers.

What you get

A real listing. Real words. Real bookings.

Editor-written paragraph

A real human who has been to your city writes the copy that sits next to your name. Not scraped, not auto-generated, not your own marketing department's adjectives.

Inline placement, no banner ad ghetto

Listings appear inside editorial pages, where buyers are already reading. Pride city guides, theme collections, post-event wind-downs. Not in a 'sponsored' sidebar people trained themselves to ignore.

Direct booking pipeline

Customers book and pay through us. We pass net rates to you, take a transparent markup, and remit weekly. No OTA reauctioning. No three competing rates for the same room.

Theme + audience targeting

Bear week, leather, naturist, mainstream, harm-reduction-aware: you pick the audience tags. A leather hotel does not show up next to a 'first time' destination guide.

Fetish-friendly without lying

Properties that allow play in private spaces can say so, in language we wrote with you, without being delisted by every payment processor on earth.

Approval status that means something

Pending, approved, or rejected with a written reason. We re-review approved properties annually so the badge keeps weight.

What we are not for

We are picky and we say no a lot.

  • About half of submitted hotels never get approved. Old photos, vague welcome policies, reviews mentioning staff being weird with same-sex couples: rejected.
  • No anonymous shells. We require legal name + tax ID + a real person who picks up the phone. Encrypted at rest, not published.
  • No racial preference filters in your copy. If your venue door has a no-Asians pattern, we will not list you and we will not be polite about why.
  • Re-review every 12 months. Your approval is not permanent. Things change. Staff change. Owners sell.
  • Refunds default to your supplier policy. If you want stricter, that is fine. If you want laxer, we will advertise it loudly.

Tiers

Three ways to be on the platform.

Same per-booking economics on every tier. Tier just changes how visible your listing is. No setup fees, no minimums, cancel any time.

How we get paid

The math, no surprises.

12% on hotel bookings

You quote a net rate. We add a 12% markup on top, charge the customer, and remit your net rate weekly. Booking.com takes 15 to 18 percent. We are cheaper. No clawbacks except for documented chargebacks.

15% commission on tours and activities

You set the retail price. We collect, take 15%, remit the rest weekly. Viator takes 25 to 30 percent. We are cheaper. The customer sees one charge from M2MExplore, not two.

$149/mo for Featured tier

Optional. Pays for editorial placement and a photo shoot. Cancel monthly. Stripe-billed.

Promoted ads from $0.45/click or $8 CPM

Optional. You pick the slot, the audience, and the daily cap. Spend never exceeds your cap. Charged at end of each calendar week.

Stripe processing (~2.9% + 30¢) is on us, not you. Currency conversion when the customer pays in something other than your payout currency: at our cost FX rate, no spread.

Things you are going to ask

The honest answers.

What kind of property are you listing?

Hotels, B&Bs, resorts, clothing-optional and naturist-friendly properties, sauna hotels, gay venues (bars, clubs, cruise spots, gym and spa), tour operators, day-tour operators, fixers, photographers who shoot trip portraits, and a few small charters. If you are not sure, apply and we will tell you yes or no.

What does it cost?

Listing is free on the Basic tier. We earn 12% on hotel bookings (Booking.com takes 15-18%) and 15% commission on tour and activity bookings (Viator takes 25-30%). Featured tier is $149/mo. Promoted ads start at $0.45/click or $8 CPM and you set the daily cap. No setup fee, no minimum spend, cancel any time.

How long does approval take?

Five business days for Basic. Two business days for Featured and Promoted, because we owe you faster turnaround when you are paying monthly.

Why so many controls about adult content?

We are an adults-only travel agency, but we are not an adult-services platform. Properties can say play-allowed-in-private rooms but we will not let anyone advertise sex-for-money. Card processors are sensitive about this and we like keeping ours.

Can I list one specific event week instead of year-round?

Yes. Set the date range, set the price range for those nights, and we will only show your listing during that window.

What happens if I get a bad review?

You see it. You can respond once. Editors moderate for abuse, not for tone. We do not take down accurate negative reviews because someone was unhappy.
